Obituary of Susan Katherine Watson

WATSON, Sue (1965-2016) Sue beat all the odds by putting her full confidence in Jesus Christ. With her devoted husband Bruce forever by her side and the love of her children Graham and Claire, Sue continued to push out the boundaries of her life in spite of the finality of her prognosis. She will forever be an inspiration. Her parents Bob & Marg Jarvest along with her sister Alison Jarvest (Robb Leggett) provided throughout her life the love of family that nurtured a spirit that was impossible to subdue. Bruce’s mother Helen Watson, and sister Judy Watson (Randy Kaye) and brother Doug Watson (Margaret) embraced her with such warmth that she became part of them. In the very early hours on Mothers Day, surrounded by family, Sue slipped out from under our grasping hands and was enveloped in the welcoming arms of her trusted Deliverer-her great reward, our greatest loss. She will be missed more than words can say. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa(south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport)905-440-3595 on Saturday, May 14th from 1:00-3:00pm. A Service to Celebrate Sue’s Life will follow in the DeStefano Chapel at 3:00pm.
