GEORGE, Donald Robert

Passed away after a long battle with COPD on July 14, 2017. Don is truly loved and will be deeply missed by his children Deborah, Darrin, and David. Don was a talented Torontonian boy who began his singing career in the late 1950s.  Don was lead singer and guitar player with many bands.  Don is a Christ follower who taught his children the importance of true love!  His is singing now in heaven!

Cremation services will be entrusted to DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595. In keeping with Don’s wishes, private family services will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017, please contact the family.
