Hey Jen, I just heard the news and I am heartbroken. I loved our time together in Whitby gossiping about Love Island and complaining about work. It was rare for me to make a friend at work but I definitely considered you one, and I'm sorry we never got to meet up in the UK like we planned. Love from Chris J

Jennifer was always nice and cheerful when I saw her at Redemption Muay Thai. She liked to laugh and was always so nice to my children and I. There was always so much love in her eyes for her son and the sport he was in. The world is definitely missing out on your beautiful light. Rest easy beautiful.

My beautiful niece. I will love and miss you forever. I remember the day you were born, the day you came home from the hospital...going to Sunday school together, playing with Barbies, always over with me when Mom and Dad went to church on Sunday nights and we would be watching tv and making popcorn on the stove, running around down the beach and locking you out of my room too many times to count when I finally became a teenager. So many precious memories I will treasure until we meet again. I love you and miss you, beautiful angel. Fly high now

Jen, my dear colleague and friend. Words cannot begin to describe how much you are missed by so many. You were incredibly smart, funny and a beautiful soul. I knew from the first day that I met you at work back in 2014 that you were an amazing person, and once you found out that I was half Newfie it was game over! You always had my back with personal and work issues or deadlines, constantly reminding me to not forget “to do this, or do that”! You were so incredibly proud of your family, you talked about them all the time, beaming with pride. It’s been very tough for me over the last few weeks knowing that when I arrive at work I’m not going to be bombarded by you with things we had to do to be successful on a daily basis, your sarcastic wit, your infectious laugh, eye rolls and humour. It just isn’t the same. But I will continue to reflect on all of the good laughs and times that we had and I hope you are continuing to do the same where you are now, in fact I know you are. Thank you for everything and to Del and family, my sincere condolences to you all once more. Jen was, is and always will be the best.

To me Jen and Del were like family to me. I had opportunity to work with both of them in different companies. Del is like a bro and close friend. While Jen, ooh Jen, I miss her so much, I remember how she use to make comments about how things need to be done in certain way, and she will call me or everyone out when things are not done to best of ones capabilities. Inrespective of who it is, her honesty about reality of things was just amazing. All this was just because she just cares so much and she wanted to make it right and better . I remember when I started at LCBO and I reach out to her and said Jen am trying to do this and that on the WMS but I seem not to get that info from this WMS. Then she smiles and said bring me your laptop. I took my laptop down she like why do you use this , use this instead, hide this , do that and this , take this off, she basically cleaned up my WMS setup to the interface I was just looking to achieve, then I was like "wow " she was well versed in the WMS that she made it look so easy. She then make a comment with " F .. " word, the popular warehouse language.About how know one really knows what they are doing, with WMS , and I will say to her so why not train them because you really good at it. And she will give me that smile and look, " like she always does " I have Sebastian, I have been there done that " then after that she will say something like am going for a quick break. And I will make fun of her and I will say Jen take 5 .. and she will say I will be taking more than 5 and this when she been working for hrs since morning fixing errors in routing and shipments for all. She did so much for the shipping department that no one knew. She was basically one of main brain pillars behind and support of the shipping department in Durham LCBO. Like saying goes you never knew what you have until you loose it. "So True" I know as department we will definitely feel the void her sudden unexpected passing away has created. I still can't believe she is gone, Jen hmmmm my friend, my Sister , my colleague you be missed by all. She was a great human being and good soul.

Jen was an amazing, caring, brilliant person who I am proud to say was not just my coworker but my friend. Many times when we were down in the work trenches together Jen would save my sanity and I can credit her for my full head of hair. From the moment I met her she was teaching me day in and day out to be better at my job. I can honestly say that I could not do what I do now if it wasn't for Jen being there to help me in the shipping department. Jen selflessly took time out from her personal life to make work smooth for us and I can't thank her enough. It's very hard to come to work everyday and not see her pass by to the office next to mine. She certainly left a huge hole here in our little office that can never be replaced not only by her work but also for all the laughs we had everyday. She is sadly missed. My deepest condolences to Jen's family. I'm sure you know but Jen loved you with all her heart and spoke about you all with pride. She was a very proud wife, mother and daughter. Although she was taken from us too early you can take solace in that she is looking down on us from above and will always be in our hearts.

Words cannot adequately express the depth of loss of our dear friend and deeply respected co-worker, Jen. From the moment I first met Jen over 15 years ago I new she was a force to be reckoned with. Losing Jen and all of her wonderful qualities; Her sharp sense of humor, her seemingly effortless mastery of everything that made up her workday, her dedication, determination, candidness, dependability, pride is an enormous loss and I will truly miss her. My most deepest condolences go out to Jen’s family; May you gain lasting comfort through cherished memories. Rest in peace Jen.

I met Jen during the course of a multi-year project, and the best memories we have of her is how much of a fun catalyst she was. Any uptight situation in the room always felt distressed when she walks in with her fun and enthusiastic energy. Jen will definitely leave a void in our lives, may her soul rest in peace.
