Unexpectedly, on Thursday September 1^st, 2022 at the age of 58, Jacek left this world peacefully.  Beloved husband of Beata.  Loving and proud father of Irmina (Paul), Aleksandra (Mark), and Jakub. Cherished Dziadziu of Mila, Aleks, Adrian, Juliana, Hanna, and Stella.  Dear brother of Ewa (Wlodzimierz). Predeceased by his parents, Urszula and Stanislaw.  Jacek will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family, friends, and colleagues.

Jacek will always be remembered as a man of principle. Though he had humble and difficult beginnings, growing up with very little in Poland, he always lived his life on his terms. While he sometimes showed a hard shell, he had a soft heart, and showed his love quietly, but with certainty. He could always be counted on by his family and took pleasure in sharing his vast knowledge of history, photography, music, cars, and fixing the most random of things. He loved his grandchildren enormously, and they certainly knew it, lighting up with excitement every time he visited. He is missed more than words can say and loved beyond measure.

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home 1289 Keith Ross Drive in Oshawa  (905)440 3595  on Saturday September 10th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.   A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 3:00pm.
