Peacefully with his family and friends by his side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on September 13, 2014 at the age of 61 years. John, beloved husband of Brenda, loving father of Steven Magloughlen and cherished grampa of Janette. Loved son of Eva and the late John Doucette. Dear brother of Mary, Grace, Jennifer and Carol(Mike). Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road)905-440-3595 on Friday, September 19th from 10:00-11:00am. A service to celebrate John’s life will be held in the DeStefano Chapel at 11:00am. In memory of John, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
