Passed away suddenly at the age of 19. Cherished daughter of Rory and loving sister of Keeghan and Kael. She will be lovingly remembered by her mother Irene Fomenko and step mother Julia Manchen. Beloved grandaughter of Susan & Michael Ruddy, Mike & Tina Manchen and Boris & Dianna Fomenko and predeceased by her grandmother Marion Howard. Treasured niece and cousin to many. Hayley has left us too soon, but we know she has been greeted with open arms by her aunt Deb.
