Obituary of Donald O'Leary

Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, surrounded by his friends and family, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, January 3, 2014, at the age of 62. Devoted husband and best friend of Ruth for 38 years. Loving father of Derek (Rhonda). Dear brother of Yvonne (Al) Gray, Gerard (Mattie), Bernard (Bill), Leslie (Joanne) and predeceased by Denis. Don will be fondly remembered by sister in law Marilyn, brother in law Stan (Sheena) Farrow, by Ronnie and Jordan Bryant, and by his many nieces, nephews and family. Don will be deeply missed by his many close friends. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa(south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road)905-440-3595 on Friday, January 10th from 7:00-9:00pm. A Celebration of Don's life will be held in the DeStefano Chapel on Saturday, January 11th at 1:00pm.
