Obituary of Emanuele DiPalo

Passed away peacefully with family by his side on September 11, 2020 at St. Michael’s Hospital.  Beloved and devoted husband of Rosa for 51 years.  Loving father of Emidio (Isabella), Michele (Maria Rosa) and Chiara (Mariusz).  Cherished Nonno of Julia-Rose, Vittoria, Anthony and Gabriella.  Survived by his siblings Giuseppe, Giovanni, Carmela, Filomena and Pietro.  He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends here and in Italy.  Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport)905-440-3595 on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-9:00pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church, Courtice on Thursday September 17, 2020 at 11:00 am.  Entombment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.  In memory of Emanuele, donations may be made to St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation.  Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
