Boyle Margaret-nee McLauchlan “Wee Maggie"

April 28, 1945 - April15, 2021

It is with great sadness that after a brave battle with cancer, Margaret passed peacefully at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa on April 15, 2021. Margaret was born in Motherwell, Scotland on April 28, 1945. Margaret and Walter emigrated to Canada in 1966, settling in Oshawa.  Loving and dedicated wife to Walter Boyle. Loving mother to Walter Boyle - Diane Boyle, John Boyle - Tracy Crawford and James Boyle. Proud and loving Gran to Elise, Ewan and William.

Her warm smile and generous spirit will be greatly missed. Margaret could be found with her nose stuck in a book, out digging in her garden or off on a trip with her girlfriends.

She will be greatly missed by family and friends in Canada as well as her brother William McLauchlan and many family and friends in the UK.  Due to current restrictions, a private family service will be held on Friday, April 23rd at 11:00am.

For those that wish to view the service, PLEASE CLICK HERE, at the service time to view the livestream.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Salvation Army or Cancer research.  Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
