Obituary of Andy Zoltan Illes

Passed away unexpectedly on April 17, 2021.  Loving and devoted husband of Cheryl for 47 years.  Loving father of Melissa (Brian).  Cherished Papa of James and Anna.  Beloved son of the late Anna and Antal.  Dear brother of Anthony (Elizabeth) and Steve (Elizabeth) and uncle of Kristina, Monica, Stephanie (Dan) and Vanessa.  Son-in-law of Rita Menezes and brother-in-law of Andre (Wendy).  Andy was an avid basketball player in his younger years, and in later years loved to travel and enjoyed the music of the King-Elvis Presley.  A private family service will be held at DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595 on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 11:00am.  Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.  Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
