Passed away peacefully on July 11, 2021 at Extendicare - Cobourg in his 93rd year. Balton is survived by 2 daughters, 3 sons, 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 2 sisters and one brother.
Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa on Saturday, July 17, 2021 from 3:00-5:00pm. Memories may be shared at destefanofuneralhomes.ca
