Obituary of Walter Boyle

Walter Boyle August 06/1939 - July 21/2021

It is with great sadness that after a courageous battle with cancer,Walter passed peacefully at home with his family by his side on July 21/2021.

Walter was born in Larkhall, Scotland on August 06/1939, Walter and Margaret emigrated to Canada in 1966 eventually settling in Oshawa, loving and dedicated husband to Margaret  Boyle recently passed.

Loving father to Walter - Diane Boyle, John Boyle - Tracy Crawford and James Boyle. Proud and loving Papa to Elise, Ewan, and William.

His welcoming friendly spirit , wisdom and advice will be greatly missed.

Walter’s passions were golf ,visiting Scotland, and  enjoying many good times spent with family and friends. He will be greatly missed by family and friends in Canada as well as many friends and family in the UK.

With respect to Walter’s wishes, a private family service will be held and available to stream  July 30, 2021 at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeridge Health Foundation or to a Charity of your choice
