Conforti: Ida

Peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday August 29th 2021 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 72.  Beloved wife of Mario for 55 years.   Loving mom of Johnny, and Roberto (Cinzia). Cherished Nonna of Alexsandra (Danny), Sofia, Mario, Isabella. Bisnonna of Isabelle-Rose. Predeceased by her parents Raffaele and Augustina Siciliano. Loving sister of the late Francesco (Rosa), the late Vittoria (Michele), the late Nina (Damio), Carmelo (Adela), the late Michele (Rosa), Maria (Alfredo), Cosimo (Margaret). Damiano (Ruth). 

Ida will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends in both Canada and Italy.

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905 440 3595 on Thursday September 2nd from 2:00-4:00 pm. and 7:00-9:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday September 3rd at 11:00 am at St. Mary’s Church; 570 Marion Ave, Oshawa. A Private Entombment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery Whitby.
