After a courageous battle at Lakeridge Health Oshawa with family by her side on Monday, May 5, 2014 at the age of 68 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Albert. Beloved mother of Gabriella Parro Wessman and her husband Brad, Matthew Parro and his wife Melanie. Loving grandmother of Luca, Ashlyn and Stella. Survived by her mother Gem Trudgeon, her brothers Colone Trudgeon (Cheryl) and Bradley Trudgeon (Marianne) and her sister Penelope Trudgeon (Ken). Predeceased by her father Edwin Trudgeon and her sister Patrice Privette. She will be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends. The family wish to extend their gratitude to Dr. Stephen Cohen and the staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their exceptional care. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road)905-440-3595 on Thursday, May 8th from 2-4 &7-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 9th at 10:30am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 91 Ribblesdale Drive, Whitby. Entombment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.
