Peacefully at Humber River Regional Hospital on Friday April 29th, 2022, at the age of 47. Beloved son of Mary Brown and Keith Provenzano. Loving Brother of Cheryl Provenzano, and Tara Taylor. Cherished uncle of Melanie, Ina, Celeste, and Katherine. Simon will be lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and those that knew him. A Memorial Mass will be held on Satuday May 14th at 1:00pm at St Joseph the Worker Parish in Oshawa.
