Obituary of Margaret Maria Craigwell

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Margaret Maria Craigwell at Lakeridge Oshawa Hospital on Tuesday December 13th, 2023, with a brief illness and went home to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ at the age of 93 years. Born on June 20, 1930, in Port of Spain, Trinidad. She is the sister of Angela, (Martin, Norbert, Francisca and Lucina, Deceased).

Beloved wife of the late Edgar. Lovingly remembered by her dear son, Cliff Craigwell (Orleen). She was blessed with 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. Beloved Aunt to Marion, Mervin, Ann Marie, Michael and many other relatives and friends. 

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home 1289 Keith Ross Drive in Oshawa on Wednesday December 20^th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday December 21^st at 10:30 am at St. Gertrude’s Roman Catholic Church in Oshawa.  Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Whitby.
