Obituary of Fernando Ponte

Ponte: Fernando SR.

Peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday January 24^th, 2023, at the age of 75.    Beloved husband of Angra.  Loving father of Mechelle (Rocco), Liz (Jeff), and Fernando Jr. (Tessa).  Cherished Vavô of Nathan, Angelina, Jacob, Marissa, Victoria, Joseph, Isabelle, and Madeline. Fernando will be lovingly remembered by his brothers, sisters, extended family, friends, and those that had the pleasure of knowing him.

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home 1289 Keith Ross Drive in Oshawa (905) 440 3595 on Monday January 29th from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and 6:00pm – 8:00pm.   A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday January 30^th at 11:00am. Interment of Cremated remains will take place at 11:00am Saturday February 3rd at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Whitby.
