Lawrence Herbert Alexander
April 4th 1916, of Oshawa, Ontario, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 18th, 2016 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville.
Lawrence was born in Kingston, Ontario on April 4th 1916 to Ervin and Sadie Alexander, Lawrence would eventually go on to be the eldest of their 5 children.
Loving husband to Lyn Alexander, father to Phil, Mike, Greg, Patricia, Lawrence and Chris. Papa is the proud grandfather of 17 and great grandfather of 9.
Visitation will be held at DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595 on Saturday, October 29th from 10:00am until time of the service to celebrate Lawrence's life beginning at 11:00am.
Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society.
