Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday January 31st 2017, at the age of 60 years. Beloved wife of Guy. Loving Mother of Brandy, and Aaron.
Janice will be lovingly remembered by her many friends, family members, and all that knew her.
As were her wishes, a private cremation will take place.
