Kayla Lynn Iglesias

June 9th 1990 - September 21st 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our beloved Kayla.

Kayla didn't pass away, she didn't lose her fight and she certainly didn't succumb to the disease. Cancer didn't win, it was without a shadow of a doubt her will that won out.

During her courageous battle, she passed surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honour her legacy.

She was the definition of fierce, outgoing, and kind - the list is endless.

Kayla always went out of her way to help others in need even in the end - a true testament to her heart and soul. She had many passions -music, art, sports but first and foremost her family. Her husband and children were her everything and she lived every day for them and her family.

Deeply loved by her husband David, daughter Sophia and son Dominic.

Adored by her mother Tina Ricketts, her siblings Cassidy Tarr, Justin Tarr, and Adam Tarr, Grandparents Lois Ricketts (Deceased), Wayne and Arlene Ricketts. Kelly Ricketts Perri (Deceased) Aunt and Silvio Perri Uncle. Wayne Ricketts Jr  Uncle , Sheri Geoff Aunt, Kevin Jackson Uncle.  Adored by nieces and nephews and the rest of Rickets/Perri family

Eternally loved by her father Barry and Dawn Tarr/Pickett,  ( Grandparents ) Murrey and Linda Tarr. ( Aunt ) Kim and ( Uncle )Andy Van Gennip, Beloved by many extended families and friends.

Kayla,

You were 'the' example of resilience. Your strength inspired us all.

We will love and miss you forever.
