Shirley (Farndale) Zilinsky

July 21, 1936, ~ October 7, 2023

 

Shirley, unexpectedly, set off for her final trip on Saturday October 7th, 2023. She Left Behind her loving husband of 60 years, Julius, and her many friends. 

 

Her greatest passions were teaching and travel. she Encouraged her students to take education seriously, especially history and English.  When former students came to visit her, she was extremely thrilled with their fond remembrances and their accomplishments in life.

Julius and she visited every continent except Antarctica and most of the Seven Seas. The Kenya Safari to view the animals in the wild was her favourite expedition.

As Per her wishes, there will be an intimate graveside service at a later date.
