Obituary of Thomas Chartrand

CHARTRAND: THOMAS CURRIE

March 31, 1947 – October 10, 2023

 

Thomas Currie Chartrand entered into rest at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday October 10, 2023, at the age of 76.  Beloved husband of Betty for 52 years.  Loving father of Danielle (Lee), Tara (Barry), and Krystal (Will).  Cherished Papa of Payton, MaKenna, Ireland, Jayden, and Briar.  Tom enjoyed the outdoors and puttering on endless projects.  He will be remembered for his many interests including Fishing, Hunting, Hockey, and his love of his family.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the doctors, nurses, and staff of the Kidney Care Clinic at Lakeridge Health Whitby, and Cardiac Care Unit at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their care and compassion during this difficult time.

 

As per Tom’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
