Peacefully at Winbourne Park Long Term Care, Ajax on Friday January 1, 2016. Charles, in his 95th year. Beloved Husband of the late Dorothy. Loving Father of Carol and her husband Norm, and son Brian. Dear Grampy of Sherrie, Debbie (Mathew), Rob (Paddy), Mystie, Shane (Colleen), Brian (Jen), and Andrew. Predeceased by grandaughter Brandy. Will be sadly missed by his 14 great grandchildren, 3 great-great granddaughters, and all that knew him. In keeping with Charles wishes, a private family memorial service will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport) 905-440-3595. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Hospital for Sick Children.
