Passed away peacefully on March 18, 2014 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville. Beloved husband of Anna Maria. Loving father of Rob Lopez, Mario(Connie)Lopez, Tony(Cheryl Lovell) Lopez, Daniela(Kevin)MacKenzie, John(Erica)Lopez and Rosie(Dan Hill)Canning. Cherished Nonno of Nick, Alisia, Andrea, Frank, Veronica, Courtney, Matteo, Alexander, Amanda, Paige, Lucas and Joshua. Francesco will be fondly remembered by his family and friends. Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa(south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road) on Thursday, March 20th and Friday, March 21st from 2-4 & 6-8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd at 11:30am at St. Therese Roman Catholic Church, 3800 Courtice Road North, Courtice. Entombment to follow at resurrection Cemetery, Whitby. Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca
