Peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday October 16th, 2021, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Maria. Loving father of Ida (Paul), and Annette (Bob). Cherished Grandpa of Ryan. Joe will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends in Italy, USA, Montreal and Toronto.

 

Visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive in Oshawa (905)440 3595 on Tuesday October 19th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gertrude's Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday October 20th at 10:00am.  Entombment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cememtery in Whitby.   If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
