McLAIN, Eric

Passed away peacefully on January 25, 2022 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa after a battle with cancer. Loving and devoted husband of Carole for 50 years. Beloved father of Lindsey (Richard) Taruffi and Ian (Kristen). Cherished grandad of Liam, Elise, James and Matthew. Dear brother of Anne, Sandra and brother-in-law of Alan Beech, Phillip Beech and Peter Beech. Eric will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and numerous friends. After his retirement, Eric enjoyed travelling, playing golf and numerous DIY projects.

A Service to celebrate Eric's life will be held in the DeStefano Chapel on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre, Oshawa.
